Although we hope you love all your items from Emro Designs, we have a returns policy in place, so please read the returns policy and conditions carefully

Emro Designs will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order

• Item(s) must be clean, no tears or rips and returned in original condition

Can I Return My Online Order In-Store?

No, we don’t have any retail store fronts.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my return?

Yes, you will have to cover the shipping costs for returns

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates torn or un-clean in any way, will not be accepted for return. Emro Designs reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
